The Political Signs Intersection Selection Tool will be available soon, allowing you to easily request utility-location marks prior to the upcoming sign installation season. If you’ve already identified the intersections where your signs will be installed and plan to begin installing signs within the next two (2) weeks, you can simply send them in a Word or Excel document and be sure to include:

  1. CAMPAIGN NAME
  1. PRIMARY CONTACT PERSON’S NAME, TELEPHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS
  1. THE DATE YOU WILL BEGIN INSTALLING SIGNS
  1. COUNTY AND CITY NAME(S) WHERE YOU WILL INSTALL SIGNS

Email the list of locations and all of the information noted above to PoliticalSigns@Arizona811.com. Our team will input the information you provide so utility-location request tickets are created for the locations you identified. When you receive confirmation that your locations have been fully marked, you can begin installing signs. To avoid striking a buried utility, do not install signs closer than two (2) feet from paint or flags you see on the ground.  Additional questions? Please email PoliticalSigns@Arizona811.com.
